Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Iricity primarily provides digital services and account-based usage. Because the service is delivered through account access, usage activation, product runs, and digital outputs, the normal concept of returning a physical item does not apply.
- If an order has not been accepted, activated, or materially fulfilled in the account, you may contact Iricity promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on payment status, activation state, and whether any usage or delivery has already been consumed.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Refund requests may be considered in limited situations such as:
- duplicate payment or clear billing error;
- unauthorized transaction subject to validation and review;
- failure to provide the purchased digital access or service in a way that remains materially unresolved after support review;
- other exceptional circumstances that Iricity agrees in writing to review.
- completed product runs or already-consumed usage;
- services already delivered or substantially rendered through the workspace or related account surfaces;
- change of mind after meaningful digital fulfillment has begun;
- unused time remaining in a billing period after a subscription is cancelled, unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Iricity.
- Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already billed or usage already consumed during the current or past billing periods.
- Email info@cloudskybroadband.in from the account-related address and include your account email, transaction reference, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
- Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment route where feasible. Processing time may depend on transaction review, banking timelines, compliance checks, and platform reconciliation steps.
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, related account access, usage allocations, or pending service delivery may be restricted during review. We encourage customers to contact Iricity first so a billing issue can be investigated directly.
